COVID-19 Policies

We are allowing clients to accompany their pets into the animal hospital, but we do have a few safety requirements in place.

1)  Please DO NOT enter the building when you arrive for your appointment or medication/food pick up.  Instead please call (219)924-5050 with your name and description of the vehicle you are driving.  A staff member will be out to assist you.  We will notify you when we are ready for you to enter the building as we are trying to avoid people sitting in the waiting room area.

2) Masks are REQUIRED to enter the animal hospital.  The mask must be worn correctly covering your mouth and nose.

3) If you or anyone you have had recent contact with has tested positive for COVID-19 or is experiencing symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) please try to make arrangements for someone else to accompany your pet to their appointment or reschedule for a time when you are well.
